Like the idea of a RIB ride and want to bring along all of your friends? Then why not charter the boat for 30 minutes of fun. You are in control, subject to weather and safety limitations, on where the boat goes. Ask the skipper to have a drive yourself! Passengers will be limited to a slower speed, but sign up for a recognised RYA course and learn how to operate a boat to its optimum? |

Devon Powerboating offers the opportunity to undertake an adrenalin packed fast (Rigid Inflatable Boat) RIB ride around the beautiful Plymouth Sound. Starting at the Mayflower Steps at the Barbican, you will cruise past the famous Hoe where Sir Francis Drake played bowls and around Drake's Island to leave the speed restricted area before blasting across the water to the Mewstone, Cawsand, or the Breakwater. The ride lasts 30 minutes and offers spectacular views, knuckle whitening high speed turns and eye watering blasts across the open water. It is great fun for all the family. The boat has all of the latest safety equipment and all passengers will be provided with, and required to wear a fully automatic lifejacket. A wind/rain proof jacket and soft shoes are recommended. The ride will be adjusted to suit the conditions and your adrenalin levels!
